Help with a voucher

If a voucher did not arrive, went to the wrong number, or you want to cancel one you have sent, email us with the sender's phone number, the recipient's phone number and the approximate time you sent it. That is enough for us to find the voucher and act on it.

Help with something you bought

Once a voucher is redeemed at a shop, the purchase itself is between you and that shop — its own delivery and refund terms apply. Start with the shop directly.
